Jing Din Rou's Xiaolongbao are handmade from scratch at the restaurant by skilled dim sum chefs, both the filling and the skin. The secret to their deliciousness is the rich, collagen-packed soup and pork filling wrapped in an ultra-thin skin. Bringing together the techniques of skilled dim sum chefs, they are steamed using carefully selected ingredients and a unique method.

The main feature is undoubtedly the umami soup and the skin that wraps the filling. The steamed xiaolongbao have an "ultra-thin skin" that is so thin you can see through it.

When you bite into a freshly made, hot one, the rich, collagen-packed soup and the flavor of carefully selected pork spread throughout your mouth from within the thin skin.
