Art Café unimocc Reissues 'Drinking Masterpiece' Based on Van Gogh's 'Starry Night' for a Limited Time

Responding to calls for a comeback: A limited-time menu item that created a buzz on social media returns this summer.

Following its popularity in previous offerings and numerous requests for its return, we have decided to bring it back for this early summer season. We deliver a refreshing art experience unique to unimocc to blow away the humid season.

'Starry Night' is a 'drinking shaved ice' featuring 'granita,' an Italian shaved ice made by freezing syrup, providing a crisp texture.

Underneath the granita are two layers of pear jelly: one in cubes made with plenty of puree, and another juicy jelly with a supple texture.

Finally, we added a blue soda resembling a starry night sky and a white wine syrup with the alcohol removed as a secret ingredient for a fruity finish.

To recreate Van Gogh's night sky inside the cup, we hand-draw the shining stars and swirling clouds one by one using white chocolate and butter cream.

It is a refreshing dessert drink that quenches the thirst of early summer, with an exquisite balance between the juicy, elegant sweetness of pear and the bursting refreshment of soda.
