47inc. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Kenta Kanase) will launch 'Kyakuhon Pakkun,' a SaaS that streamlines video production, on June 1, 2026. It is Japan's first AI-powered shooting schedule SaaS (according to company research) that automatically analyzes scene information and generates shooting schedules and PPM materials simply by uploading a script. Users can access it from any device by logging in and share the same data in real-time with their team. Script data is not used for AI training, and all communication and storage are encrypted with TLS/HTTPS and AES-256, ensuring the secure handling of highly confidential production information. It is available starting from a standard plan of 5,000 yen (excluding tax) per month. A 30-day free trial is also available in June. In video production, creating shooting schedules is essential, and PPM materials are required for advertising and commercial projects. This service solves production management challenges such as late-night manual transcription of scenes, props, and cast members from scripts to schedules, and the re-transcription of information into PPMs. Key features include script reading, automatic shooting schedule generation, automatic PPM material generation, and management of costumes, art, and cast.
