'Live Your Stay.' Nagaya-style hotel 'Mon Hotel' to open in Hakata, Fukuoka

7garden Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ken Kitano), which develops unique hotels under the vision of 'Designing Proud Moments,' will grand open the accommodation facility 'Mon Hotel' in Sumiyoshi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, on June 1, 2026. This facility marks the fifth hotel opening in collaboration with real estate owner Toshin Juken Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Jun Okamoto), following Hotel Vintage Tsukiji, Hotel Vintage Kagurazaka, TRIGON HOTEL Fukuoka, and Hotel Vintage Meguro Fudomae. The hotel is a newly constructed Nagaya-style building that blends into the historic streets of Hakata. Based on the concept 'Live your stay,' it proposes a new form of stay that is neither a hotel nor a guesthouse, designed for travelers who want to experience the authentic Fukuoka. To commemorate the grand opening, a 30% discount on room-only plans will be offered for a limited time on Booking.com. The booking period is from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, and the stay period is from June 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. 'Mon Hotel' is a Nagaya-style inn located in a quiet alley in Sumiyoshi, Hakata. Two wooden two-story buildings face each other across a courtyard terrace, balancing privacy and openness. There are four guest rooms in total. The 2LDK layout with an island kitchen allows groups and families to use the space comfortably. As it is completely unmanned with self-check-in, guests can spend their time at their own pace without hesitation. Each room can accommodate up to 6-8 people. The hotel focuses on materials, craftsmanship, and nature, from the entrance and earthen floor to the floors, walls, and interior. The 2F dining area features an island kitchen with a countertop made from recycled plastic bottle caps. The living room is equipped with a 4.5m wide custom sofa co-produced with Fukuoka furniture maker ADAL. To support unmanned operations, 7garden has introduced its proprietary 'Hotel Information System (HIS)' on tablets in all rooms, providing facility guides and local gourmet information in multiple languages.
