Accord System Inc. has launched "ECops," a new service that enables EC businesses to securely utilize EC data from AI Agents (such as Claude code), starting July 7, 2026.

ECops is a data integration and permission management service that acts as an intermediary between EC channels and AI Agents. It provides an environment where connection information is securely managed, and only data within the permitted scope can be passed to the AI Agent. As a first step, it supports integration with Amazon's advertising data, sales data, and brand analytics data. By reducing the burden of data connection, organization, and access control required before implementing generative AI, it lays the groundwork for EC businesses to easily start AI utilization and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

Control who can access which data. Settings can be made for specific actions like "view only" or "specific operations only."

Utilize Data from AI Agents

Through MCP, EC data can be handled by AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. Data verification, analysis, review, and strategy planning can be placed on the foundation of AI utilization.

Operation Logs Recorded

Records who performed what action, from which AI, and when. The design supports auditing and troubleshooting.

AI Utilization Consultation and PoC Support Available

Beyond just providing the tool, ECops serves as a hub for a wide range of support, including AI utilization consultations, PoC design, and integration planning with existing systems.

Towards New Era EC Operations Based on AI

In the future, AI is expected to play an increasingly larger role in supporting EC activities such as product research, advertising operations, data analysis, and customer support. Future Development (Evolution into a Multi-Channel Data Integration Platform)

Following the initial Amazon integration, connections are planned to be expanded sequentially to include other EC platforms like Rakuten Ichiba, Yahoo! Shopping, Shopify, self-operated EC sites, Google Ads, Meta Ads, integrated management systems like OMS, and various social media platforms. By consolidating data from multiple channels into ECops, cross-channel analysis and report/insight generation through MCP will become easier. The goal is to transform scattered EC data into knowledge that organizations can utilize.
