Background of the New Supply Chain Division
"We can't get cosmetic containers anymore." In the spring of 2026, ARVEL received numerous consultations from cosmetic manufacturers facing severe shortages of raw materials, naphtha and aluminum, due to escalating tensions in the Middle East. With container procurement becoming a critical issue for business viability, ARVEL launched a dedicated Supply Chain Management Division in May 2026.
Stable Supply via Exclusive Partnership
ARVEL has signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with a large-scale manufacturing plant in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China (over 43,000 sqm site, 800+ employees). Utilizing its geopolitical location—unaffected by the situation in the Strait of Hormuz—and an ISO9001/BSCI-certified quality management system, the company has achieved stable supply with lead times as short as 45 days. A double-check inspection system is in place to minimize defect rates.
Product Categories
Capabilities cover a wide range from containers to promotional goods:
- Various plastic containers (PET/PETG/PE jars, bottles, etc.) - Promotional and novelty goods - Character goods and figures - Tableware (cups, tumblers, etc.) - Retail display fixtures and packaging boxes
By completing secondary processing in-house, they significantly reduce coordination man-hours for clients.
End-to-End Support System
ARVEL has traditionally provided marketing support and retail distribution assistance for cosmetic brands. By adding manufacturing capabilities, they now offer an end-to-end service from product planning to manufacturing and sales. Clients can reduce the uncertainty of material procurement and concentrate resources on product planning and sales strategy. The service is accepting inquiries starting today.
