By inputting personal figures for material costs, mortgage interest rates, and temporary housing expenses, users can calculate the loss of waiting for six months to two years across three scenarios. A key feature is that it can conclude that 'waiting is rational,' even if it is disadvantageous to the company, and input data is processed entirely within the browser without server transmission. According to Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism data, construction costs rose by 19.4% between 2020 and 2024. Meanwhile, more consumers believe that 'prices will drop if I wait.' AS IT IS developed this simulator not as a sales tool, but as a calculation tool for customers to judge based on their own numbers.
