Challenges Before Implementation

Bold Co., Ltd. is an IT engineer dispatch company that handles the planning, development, construction, operation, and maintenance of various systems, as well as IT consulting. They have approximately 1,400 employees and partner company staff and operate an SES (System Engineering Service) business.

Due to the business model where engineers are stationed at client sites, the company faces dual management of 'in-house attendance' and 'client attendance.' Furthermore, they must handle billing rules for over 130 clients, requiring them to complete the process from attendance closing to payroll calculation and billing within the 1st to 8th business day of the month.

Results After Implementation

After implementation, most of the payroll and billing operations unique to SES were outsourced. BOD staff were stationed at the office to perform the operations. The workload that was previously concentrated at the beginning of the month was significantly reduced, and tasks that previously required dedicated personnel became distributable.

As a result, the management department was able to reallocate resources, transitioning to a system that allows them to focus on higher value-added tasks while maintaining organizational operations without increasing staff.
