(Headquarters: Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Director: Ryosuke Nonomori, hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), which operates demolition construction in the Tokai, Kanto, and Kansai regions, is pleased to announce that it has obtained the Silver Rank "White Company Certification" certified by the General Incorporated Foundation Japan Future Enterprise Promotion Organization on July 1, 2026 (Wed).

What is White Company Certification?

The White Company Certification is a third-party certification system operated by the General Incorporated Foundation Japan Future Enterprise Promotion Organization (commonly known as the White Foundation) to evaluate and certify excellent companies that should be passed on to the next generation.

The foundation defines "white companies" not as companies that are not "black companies," but as companies that families and society support and wish to pass on to the next generation. The assessment comprehensively evaluates companies based on seven indicators, including management soundness, employee workability, promotion of diversity, and social responsibility.

Reason for Pursuing Certification

The Company's mission is to "create the future of the demolition industry," and we are working to improve the image of the demolition industry.

As part of this effort, we are promoting the acquisition of certifications from third-party organizations. We have already obtained certifications as a Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (obtained on March 9, 2026) and as a Great Place to Work® (obtained on April 1, 2026), and the White Company Certification is our third certification.

We believe that certifications from third-party organizations, rather than self-praise, are meaningful for making our company's initiatives known to many people without misunderstanding. We expect that an increase in demolition companies like ours will lead to an improvement in the image of the demolition industry, which is not necessarily good, and we will continue to strive for appropriate business activities.
