DefragWorks, the operator of the construction DX platform 'Genba365,' announced the development of 'Park AI×eye,' a proprietary parking survey system for construction sites that leverages over 15 years of specialized field research data. This system is not merely a parking search engine; it is a specialized AI that has learned the specific conditions of construction sites and the decision-making criteria cultivated by veteran surveyors over many years. Finding parking for construction sites involves unique challenges, such as short-term leases, fluctuating construction schedules, the need for multiple vehicles, proximity to the site, and access for large vehicles. Previously, this process relied heavily on individual experience, often leading to repetitive and limited options. CEO Tatsunori Miura has been conducting these surveys since 2012, and the new system's primary feature is the 'AI-fication' of this expert thinking. Furthermore, the 'AI×eye' approach combines AI candidate extraction with on-site verification and owner negotiations by human surveyors to maximize accuracy. Currently, the system is in operation internally, with plans to offer it to construction companies in the future.
