The new store will offer sweets that utilize local ingredients such as eggs, milk, and fruits from Yamagata Prefecture. As its first product, it will sell "egg tarts" that allow customers to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients.

Additionally, our sweets use "beet sugar" (tensaito), characterized by its gentle sweetness. We aim to create sweets that you'll want to eat every day while cherishing the original flavors of the ingredients.
