### Goals of the Paracontest Committee The Paracontest Committee is a project that collaborates with welfare, education, and cultural fields—such as Type B Support for Continuous Employment facilities, after-school day care services, and free schools—to provide opportunities for social participation tailored to individual conditions and goals.

We aim to increase entry points where people who have struggled with their distance from society, such as those with disabilities or experiences of school refusal and social withdrawal, can feel free to take on challenges repeatedly. We want to promote a new form of collaborative open-call planning that encourages people to say, 'Let's give it a try!' with things they enjoy, are good at, or want to challenge. Starting with 'Illustration 2026,' we plan to release projects in various genres.

### Unique Charms of This Contest To support the applicants' challenges from the moment they apply, we have established various unique services:

1. **Interviews for All Applicants** We conduct interviews with everyone. By touching upon the thoughts and backgrounds that cannot be conveyed through the work alone, we will work together to find your unique next step.

2. **Lectures by Professionals** During the contest period, lectures by professional illustrators will be held irregularly (Free for applicants).

3. **Expanding Future Design** The Paracontest Committee provides extensive employment support. Within the group, there are V-tuber agencies and e-sports teams located in various regions, and through partnerships with creative teams, you can encounter a wide variety of jobs.
