Initiatives Toward Practical Deployment in Caregiving Settings

In Japan, the shortage of caregiving personnel due to rapid aging is becoming increasingly severe, raising expectations for robotics to support caregiving operations. Enactic aims to realize 'humanoids that are truly useful in human living spaces' by leveraging NVIDIA's full-stack Physical AI technology for development.

As announced in June 2026, Enactic has been conducting Japan's first practical validation of GR00T in the caregiving domain. Since then, the company has continuously developed and validated specific tasks such as cleaning, laundry assistance, and meal-related operations with practical deployment in caregiving settings in mind.

The Cosmos Coalition is a global ecosystem initiative led by world foundation model developers, AI developers, and Physical AI leaders, aiming to promote open world models across all industries. Members can leverage Cosmos3 technology, training tools, and NVIDIA DGX™ Cloud infrastructure for large-scale training to provide models, research, and evaluation methodologies.
