ENGORGIO Launches 'Reshape', a New Program to Accelerate AI Implementation for Mid-sized Companies

ENGORGIO, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masatsugu Nogami), which supports corporate transformation through data and AI, will begin offering 'Reshape (Design & Deployment)' for mid-sized companies with 100 to 5,000 employees starting June 1, 2026. This program redesigns organizational structures, business processes, and data foundations with AI as a prerequisite, starting from business outcomes, and provides consistent support through to implementation. It can be started from 6 weeks and several million yen.

'AI-first' does not mean adding AI tools to existing operations, but redesigning business processes, data foundations, team structures, and decision-making processes based on the premise of AI utilization.

In the initial phase, we will identify priority use cases based on management issues, design AI-first business processes, design the initial architecture of the data foundation, and formulate an implementation roadmap in a short period as needed. If conditions are met, it is possible to proceed to production implementation in 6 weeks.
