Enne Co., Ltd. (Hyogo Prefecture) is launching the 'Dental Hygienist Return-to-Work Support Seminar' in Kobe for dental hygienists who have stepped away from clinical work due to marriage, childbirth, parenting, or those feeling uncertain about their skills.
Despite ongoing nationwide shortages of dental hygienists, many qualified professionals remain outside clinical settings.
Common concerns include:
"I’ve been away too long and lack confidence in my skills." "I’m anxious about keeping up with the latest knowledge." "I want to work at a dental clinic again."
In response to these voices, Enne has designed a hands-on seminar to serve as the first step toward returning to clinical practice.
The goal is not only to refresh knowledge but also to help participants regain the confidence that says, "I can do this again."
The seminar is divided into two parts: Day 1 focuses on classroom learning, and Day 2 on practical training. From knowledge review to clinically applicable techniques, the program supports each participant in returning to the workplace with confidence.
Small-group seminar format, based on last year’s training session

[Enne’s Vision]
Enne operates under the concept of "Connecting Dental Hygienists’ Careers and Smiles," providing specialized recruitment, education, and return-to-work support for the dental industry.
We aim to create an environment where as many dental hygienists as possible can return to clinical practice confidently and authentically.
[CEO’s Message]
"We want to create a place where individuals can shine again, even after a career break."
In the dental industry, many professionals who left the field due to parenting or caregiving face significant anxiety when considering a return.
We have been working toward a society where everyone can work authentically at any life stage, offering dental-specific recruitment support, staffing services, and return-to-work programs.
This seminar is not just a place to learn technical skills, but also a safe space to reflect on feelings like "I want to try again" or "I want to find a work style that fits my current life."
By resolving anxieties before returning and building confidence to stand in the clinic again, we aim to make it easier for dental offices to welcome these professionals and help them become long-term, valuable team members.
That is Enne’s vision for return-to-work support.
We will continue to support both individuals who wish to shine again in dental practice and the clinics that need them, creating sustainable, meaningful matches.
