FCC Techno Joins "RE Action for 100% Renewable Energy Declaration"

FCC Techno Inc. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, CEO: Shusei Nishimura, hereinafter "FCC") is pleased to announce its participation in the "RE Action for 100% Renewable Energy Declaration" starting June 2026.

FCC has been switching its electricity to clean energy that is effectively 100% renewable since May 2026, and through its participation in the "RE Action for 100% Renewable Energy Declaration," it aims to achieve 100% renewable energy by 2027.

Moving forward, FCC will continue to promote the use of renewable energy and the electrification of its company vehicles, and as a company based in Fukuoka and Kyushu, it will contribute to the local natural environment and the creation of a sustainable society.

Participating in "RE Action for 100% Renewable Energy Declaration" Towards Achieving 100% Renewable Energy

"RE Action for 100% Renewable Energy Declaration" is a framework that encourages organizations such as companies, local governments, educational institutions, and medical institutions to demonstrate their commitment and actions to transition their electricity usage to 100% renewable energy, thereby promoting the widespread adoption of 100% renewable energy.

FCC will participate in this framework from June 2026, aiming to achieve 100% renewable energy by 2027.

Our total electricity consumption in fiscal year 2025 was 351,145 kWh, with a renewable energy electricity ratio of 0% in the previous fiscal year. However, since May 2026, we have switched our electricity to clean energy that is effectively 100% renewable, and we will further promote the use of renewable energy starting from this initiative.

Our company was founded in 1962 as an IT venture from Fukuoka, starting our business with contract calculations using large-scale computers.
