Starting May 22, 2026, FLUX CAFE in Daikanyama, Tokyo, is introducing seven types of 'color-coded shaved ice,' headlined by 'Shiro' (white) and 'Kuro' (black). Developed in collaboration with the popular Ehime-based bento brand 'Oishiioto,' the shaved ice features photogenic designs and a wide variety of toppings.

FLUX CAFE in Daikanyama, Tokyo, will launch its new 'color-coded shaved ice' on May 22, 2026. The signature offerings are 'Shiro' (White) and 'Kuro' (Black).

'Shiro' features fluffy, soft ice topped with original milk syrup, rich whipped cream with a cloud-like appearance, and condensed milk for a soothing, gentle milky flavor.
