Inazawa Bakery 'BOULANGERIE Mimosa' Celebrates 4th Anniversary with 'Birthday Festival' on June 13-14

BOULANGERIE Mimosa, a bakery operated by FONTANA Co., Ltd. (HQ: Inazawa, Aichi; President: Tatsuya Katsuyama), will host a 'Birthday Festival' on June 13-14, 2026, to celebrate its 4th anniversary. Additionally, the bakery will participate in the 'Pan Marche' event to be held at Lalaport Aichi Togo on May 31, 2026.

Located in Inazawa, Aichi, BOULANGERIE Mimosa is typically operated by a single creator. The bakery focuses on time-honored techniques, crafting croissants and other items with a commitment to aroma, texture, and visual appeal.
