[Roppongi] Lunch Refresh: Signature Dinner 'Hassun' Now Available in Appointment-Only Lunch at 'Gokyo', Featuring 'Tsushima Golden Conger Eel' and 'Dragon's Eye' Rice from May 27th

Japanese restaurant 'Gokyo - Elemental Restaurant -', operated by Food Quintet Inc., will renew its lunch service starting Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

Previously, the restaurant offered an appointment-only lunch centered around the signature 'Tsushima Golden Conger Eel Rice Bowl'. This time, the menu has been significantly revamped to include 'Seasonal Hassun', a hallmark of the evening kaiseki courses. In the tranquil setting of Roppongi 1-chome, the restaurant proposes a more refined dining time suitable for conversations with important guests.

Enjoying the Signature 'Hassun' at Lunch

At Gokyo, 'Hassun'—a beautifully presented dish featuring small portions of seasonal ingredients—has been a symbolic dish of the evening kaiseki courses. Following requests from customers to enjoy this at lunch, Gokyo will now offer an appointment-only lunch incorporating Hassun.

The menu uses carefully selected ingredients luxuriously, such as the branded 'Golden Conger Eel' from Tsushima and 'Dragon's Eye' (Ryu no Hitomi), a rare rice variety from Gifu Prefecture with grains approximately 1.5 times the size of standard rice. The setting is designed to allow guests to forget the noise outside and enjoy their meal and conversation at a leisurely pace.
