Club M Star to Add New Pet Race Content on May 21, with Pre-Registration Reward Pet Race Funny

G・O・P Co., Ltd. announced that the PC online dance game Club M Star will add a new feature called Pet Race in an update scheduled for Thursday, May 21, 2026. Ahead of the update, a pre-registration event is now underway, offering the limited pet Race Funny as a reward. Pet Race is a new mini-game-style feature that lets players race with pets that had previously been centered around training and collection. Players can enter through the dedicated NPC Eilin in Pet Town inside the lounge. The race map Star Port Circuit features a fantastical galaxy backdrop inspired by a space station, offering a fast-paced racing experience. By directly controlling their favorite pets, players can feel a stronger bond with them as personal companions. The racing system includes more than simple competition, combining speed and strategy. Players can use systems such as the Starting Booster, which enables a rocket start at the beginning of a race, and the Drift Booster, which accelerates during corner sections. Timing and control will play a key role in determining victory. Each pet also has race-specific stats, changing its racing style and strategy, so selecting the right pet for each course will be important. To celebrate the launch of the new content, a pre-registration event is being held with bonus rewards. The event runs until maintenance on Thursday, May 21, 2026, and the reward set includes the limited pet Race Funny. Pet Race currently supports six compatible pets, including Race Funny and Riding Bear, with more race-compatible pets planned for future updates. Players who obtain Race Funny through pre-registration will be able to join races immediately on launch day.
