"Ramen GINZA TON BOX" is supervised by "Ramen Toy Box," a renowned restaurant that has been featured in the Michelin Guide Tokyo for 12 consecutive years. We offer a meticulously crafted bowl featuring a clear pork broth that brings out the essence of pork, combined with a special soy sauce base supervised by Toy Box.

The Roppongi store, opening now, is the second directly managed store, following the Ginza main store which opened in October 2025. Located near Tokyo Midtown, an area frequented by many domestic and international visitors, the store's interior design has been carefully considered, similar to the Ginza main store.

We will continue to strive for brand value enhancement through the expansion of our directly managed stores and promote our franchise development, which began in March 2026.

"Ramen GINZA TON BOX" is a ramen brand that balances excellent product quality supervised by a renowned restaurant with stable quality provision.

The ramen we offer is "Pork Clear Soup," which condenses the umami of pork while achieving a clean aftertaste. Characterized by a refreshing flavor distinct from tonkotsu ramen, it is a bowl that can be enjoyed every day without getting tired of it.

Another feature is that the taste supervised by a renowned restaurant can be offered not only at directly managed stores but also at franchise stores.

We began recruiting franchise members in March 2026 and are proceeding with store expansion within Japan, while also considering overseas expansion in the future.
