'Saga Red Vinegar Project' Experience Event Held in Tokyo

HONZAN is a startup focused on solving social issues by spreading red vinegar globally, made from Saga's sake lees using the traditional 'static fermentation method'. Through the 'Saga Prefecture Red Vinegar Project', we promote the improvement of farmers' profitability and the preservation of traditional manufacturing methods. Through industry-academia-government collaboration, we are expanding widely into health, sports-related, and commercial uses, creating regional earning power and pride through 'local resources × fermentation'.
