In recent years, platform-based businesses that connect multiple businesses and sales entities, such as marketplaces, e-commerce malls, reservation sites, and SaaS with payment functions, have been expanding.

On the other hand, in such business models, unlike general payments not mediated by a platform, there are challenges where revenue distribution to businesses and fee design tend to be complex.
