Achieving a Circular Economy with Recycled Plastics Made in Japan, Expanding Supply of High-Quality Materials

Reducing plastic waste and achieving carbon neutrality are critical challenges for the global manufacturing industry. JASP handles recycled ABS, PS, and PP pellets made from high-quality raw materials, which are selected and reprocessed using proprietary technology from plastics recovered from used home appliances and OA equipment.

Producing recycled plastics from consumer-used waste home appliances

By efficiently recycling mixed plastics, we achieve high purity and stable quality, simultaneously solving two challenges: reducing the use of virgin plastics and expanding resource recycling.

Furthermore, we have established a thorough quality control and traceability system throughout all processes, from raw material acceptance to production and shipment. We provide stable quality by utilizing advanced inspection equipment such as GC-MS, FTIR, and X-ray fluorescence analyzers. Additionally, we have obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GRS, and UL certifications, enabling us to meet the quality requirements of customers in the global market.

Recycled plastic materials are used in a wide range of fields, including home appliances, electrical and electronic equipment, automotive parts, and industrial machinery, and are supplied to manufacturing industries both domestically and internationally. Through the realization of a Circular Economy, where plastics are reborn as new resources rather than mere waste, we support manufacturing companies in reducing CO2 emissions and developing environmentally friendly products.
