**Exhibition Concept** By integrating Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) in cleaning—a practice promoted by JR East Environment Access—with on-site improvements and technologies developed by the JR West Mentec Group, the exhibition will present a new model for enhancing efficiency and quality in railway cleaning and maintenance, specifically targeting labor shortages.

**Exhibition Content** Under the theme "Technologies and Systems Opening the Future of Cleaning and Maintenance," the following AI and automation-based initiatives will be introduced: - **"Platform Door Washer"**: Streamlines the cleaning of platform screen doors. - **"AI-Classified Odor Meter"**: Classifies and visualizes odors using AI. - **Specialized Tools**: Dedicated equipment to enhance efficiency in cleaning train exteriors. - **"Ai (AI) Shift"**: An AI system that automatically generates work shifts.

These technologies aim to reduce worker burden, improve operational efficiency, and ensure uniform cleaning quality.
