Yakiniku restaurant 'Ushikoi,' supported by many celebrities and meat enthusiasts, will host an 'Ebisu Anniversary Festival' for five days from June 14 (Sun) to June 18 (Thu), 2026, to commemorate its 7th anniversary.
During the festival, they will offer limited quantities of 'Special Kalbi' and 'Zabuton' (chuck flap) from Mita Seto beef, as well as 'Wagyu Chuck Roll Yaki-Shabu' and a '3-type Assortment of Rare Wagyu Cuts.'
In addition, they will serve their popular anniversary special: 'Koi-Ball' (highball), 'Koi-Sour' (lemon sour), and 'Koi-Tonic' (gin tonic) for 11 yen (10 yen plus tax) per glass, with no limit on the number of drinks.
For this anniversary, they have sourced Mita Seto beef, raised at the Seto Farm in Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture.
