Background of the Implementation

At Kaneda Engineering, the end-to-end process from order to delivery was managed via client-specific Excel ledgers, leading to fragmented information. This created high workloads and significant confirmation time for employees, making operational efficiency and centralization a priority.

Furthermore, because client information and pricing were managed individually by staff, ledger management became complex, and judgment criteria and interpretation of information were inconsistent. This hindered smooth handover and rotation, leading to increased operational dependency on individuals. Errors, confirmation work, and corrections due to manual re-entry of order data into multiple ledgers were also major challenges.
