The inaugural model houses built by partner Tanaka Construction are:

Both facilities opened on April 25, 2026.

Grand Opening Response

During the 13-day period from April 25 to May 7, a total of 80 groups visited: 69 at the Yamaguchi Saera Exhibition Hall and 11 at the Konan Chuo Model House.
