New Community "DICT Biblio DAO" to Hold Pre-event in Fujiyoshida to Connect Books and People

Ahead of the launch of "DICT Biblio DAO" (operated by eunoe Inc.), a new project derived from "DICT" (operated by Link & Innovation Co., Ltd.), a social experimental community for co-creation innovation through Web 3.0 / DAO, a pre-event titled "Unlocking Your Potential: Reading x Nature Retreat Stay in Collaboration with DICT Education DAO" will be held for two days from Saturday, May 23 to Sunday, May 24, 2026, in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture.

### About DICT Biblio DAO

"DICT Biblio DAO" is a community that aims to connect and support people through books—by reading, talking, creating, and delivering them. Guided by the philosophy that "every book has a reader it hasn't met yet," the community fosters a cultural cycle of value where people involved with books participate in various ways, circulating empathy, gratitude, support, and creativity. There is a book waiting for you somewhere in the world, and there will be a book born somewhere in the future that moves you. DICT Biblio DAO strives to be a community that connects the book you haven't met with the feelings you haven't yet expressed.

### Pre-event: Reading x Nature Retreat Stay

This event is the first experimental program for DICT Biblio DAO, connecting people with books as the starting point.

The venue is "BLANC FUJI," a nature-integrated hotel in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi. Surrounded by the nature at the foot of Mt. Fuji, participants will escape the noise of daily life to engage with books, touch nature, and have meaningful dialogues.

The program includes encounters with literary works, campfire reading sessions, private sauna, visits to shrines, and special sessions by DICT Education DAO. It is a two-day experience to rethink reading, not merely as an act of information acquisition or knowledge learning, but as an experience that awakens the sensitivity and power latent within oneself.

### Background

In the modern age, where information is overflowing and means of efficiently acquiring knowledge are increasing, reading time is often perceived as an "act of obtaining useful information."

However, books have the power to stir emotions that cannot be expressed immediately, evoke memories that one was not even aware of, or create opportunities to talk with others.

Even in the modern age where e-books and video content are popular, the power of encountering a book to change life and create connections with others remains. The time spent facing a book amidst a busy daily life has become more luxurious and valuable than ever before.

This event was planned with the desire to create an opportunity to re-appreciate the power of books while focusing on one's own power, which often tends to be buried in the information-overloaded digital society.

### Collaboration with DICT Education DAO

This event also features special sessions by DICT Education DAO, an educational co-creation project born from the social experimental community "DICT." It aims to be a place where participants can face their own internal heat sources and co-create value without being bound by existing titles or roles.

In this retreat, in addition to reading and nature experiences, sessions by DICT Education DAO will provide time for participants to step away from daily thinking patterns and gaze at their own questions and possibilities.
