To create an environment where women can work in their own way, MAIA Inc., a company dedicated to fostering female digital talent and supporting digitalization for companies and local governments nationwide, has launched recruitment for the 5th batch of the 'Itoman Digital Women Project.' This follows the company's successful bid for the 'Women's Digital Education and Employment Support Project' commissioned by Itoman City, Okinawa Prefecture. Through this project, participants systematically learn core business workflows via e-learning. This year, the curriculum has been enhanced with generative AI applications and Microsoft Office courses to ensure practical skill acquisition. Upon completion, the program aims to help participants secure flexible, high-value work through IT-based work-sharing and job placement. The application period runs from June 1, 2026, to July 10, 2026, with a capacity of 12 participants.
