Ocean Boo! Opens 9th Ague Pork Shabu-Shabu Specialty Restaurant in Onna, Okinawa on June 1, 2026

On June 1, 2026, a new location of 'Ague Pork Shabu-Shabu Specialty Restaurant Ocean Boo!' will open in the Onna Village area of Okinawa. The Yamada branch offers a spacious 60-seat layout designed for comfortable dining, including two private rooms suitable for families, tourists, and various banquet occasions.

The restaurant provides on-site parking, with additional coin-operated parking available nearby when full. Strategically located, it is approximately a 7-minute drive from the Yomitan branch and an 8-minute drive from the Onna Village branch, making it convenient for both local residents and sightseeing travelers.

Ocean Boo! specializes in premium Okinawa-grown Ague pork and A5 Wagyu beef. With this new addition, the brand continues to expand from its existing eight locations in Naha, Kokusai-dori, Onna Village, Onna Manza, Motobu, Yomitan, Ishigaki, and Chatan.

The signature feature of Ocean Boo! is its unique dining style: instead of traditional ponzu or sesame sauces, guests enjoy shabu-shabu in a homemade, secret dashi broth. This style, which eliminates the need for dipping sauces, has garnered significant popularity. Diners are encouraged to customize their experience with seasonings like house-made garlic, yuzu kosho, and shikuwasa (Okinawan citrus), or enjoy the meat with fresh cabbage and mozuku seaweed.
