mento Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Norihito Kimura; hereinafter referred to as "mento"), provider of the management success platform "mento," has decided to hold the "Management Success Award 2026" to honor companies and managers who have achieved management success, and will begin accepting applications today.
For the second year, in addition to internal recommendation slots from mento-adopting companies, a new general application slot will be established for the first time. Applications will be accepted via an entry form detailing the initiatives to support management by HR personnel and specific episodes from managers. We welcome applications from companies with practical knowledge of management success, regardless of industry or company size.
Award-winning companies are scheduled to participate in an awards ceremony and have their managers deliver pitches at the "Management Success Summit 2026" to be held on November 5, 2026 (Thu).
◾️Background of the Award
The "Management Success Award" is an award that recognizes companies and managers who have achieved management success. While the challenges faced by middle managers are often described as a "punishment game," there are many companies that are directly confronting these challenges and driving management transformation through trial and error. The purpose of this award is to honor such practical knowledge and stories and disseminate them as learning for managers nationwide.
Last year, at the first award ceremony, six companies and six managers candidly shared their stories of internal struggles and transformations, receiving much empathy and positive feedback. In 2026, for the second year, a "General Application Slot" will be established for the first time, where HR personnel can enter their company's initiatives and manager episodes. We welcome applications from a wide range of companies, regardless of whether they offer coaching.
