mov, Inc. (CEO: Makoto Watanabe, headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), which operates 'Hojin Lab'—Japan’s largest inbound business media—and 'Kuchikomi.com,' a unified customer acquisition platform for stores, will host an online seminar on Wednesday, July 22, from 15:00 to 16:00, aimed at restaurant owners, headquarters staff, and store managers. Participation is free.

Fukushin, which has expanded its stores locally since its founding with the concept of 'Chinese food you can eat every day,' has long valued customer feedback. From the era of handwritten surveys, the company has used customer voices in store operations and management decisions. Today, it actively collects and analyzes reviews from Google Maps and gourmet platforms to improve store operations and service quality.

This seminar will introduce Fukushin’s long-standing culture of valuing customer feedback and its practical approaches to store improvement using online reviews, supported by real examples and case studies. It is highly recommended for those seeking insights into building restaurants that are loved by local communities.
