NOMAL ART COMPANY, a division of NOMAL Inc., is launching 'WORK WITH ARTIST,' a service where artists establish studios within corporate offices to conduct their creative work while interacting with employees. Having realized the immense value of artist-worker interaction through over 100 office mural projects, the company decided to formalize this into a service. Launching on October 1, 2026, the initiative welcomes Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. as its first partner. The service addresses the shift in office demand from 'mere workplaces' to 'hubs for innovation.' Previous projects, such as the mural installation at Mizuho Leasing, showed that over 80% of participants felt positive impacts on their work and company attachment. For artists, being embedded in a corporate environment provides new perspectives for their practice. Following the office renovation at Mitsui Fudosan, the company will begin recruiting artists for the program.
