"Yubara Yogurt," a Specialty Shop Using 100% Hiruzen Jersey Milk, Opens in Yubara Onsen, Maniwa City, Okayama - Japan's Top Jersey Cow Region

OMOI Inc. will launch "Yubara Yogurt," a specialty yogurt shop, in the Yubara Onsen district of Maniwa City, Okayama, on May 15, 2026. Located in Japan's top region for Jersey milk production, the shop will offer handmade, additive-free yogurt using 100% Hiruzen Jersey milk. Products, made fresh in the in-store workshop, include various cup yogurts, a drinking yogurt, and the unique "Yuagari Hanzaki Daifuku," a mochi sweet with a yogurt cream filling inspired by the local symbol, the giant salamander. By leveraging local ingredients, the venture aims to become a new town attraction and contribute to regional revitalization.
