Smart Eye Camera Wins Graphite Pencil (Silver) at Global Design & Advertising Award 'D&AD Awards 2026'!

OUI Inc., a venture company originating from Keio University School of Medicine, is proud to announce that the joint project 'Smart Eye Camera' with TBWA HAKUHODO has won a Graphite Pencil (Silver) at the D&AD Awards 2026, a world-leading design and advertising award held in London, UK.

About the Award This project is a collaboration between OUI Inc. and TBWA HAKUHODO to promote the social value and potential of the Smart Eye Camera to the world through the power of creativity.

The D&AD Awards is a prestigious international competition operated by the UK-based non-profit D&AD, recognized as one of the most influential awards celebrating excellence in design and advertising. In its 64th year, after rigorous judging by renowned designers and creators from around the world, pencils including the top Black Pencil, as well as Yellow, Graphite, Wood, and White, were awarded. The Graphite Pencil won by the Smart Eye Camera is equivalent to a silver award, presented to world-class works that judges recognize as meeting high standards and worthy of inclusion in the D&AD Annual.

This award adds to a long list of honors, following being a finalist in the Pharma category at Cannes Lions 2025, winning Gold in the SDGs and Innovation categories at Mad Stars 2025, finalist in the Pharma & Medical category at London International Awards 2025, Silver and Bronze at ACC TOKYO CREATIVITY AWARDS, Grand Prix and Bronze at Spikes Asia 2026, double Bronze awards at ADFEST 2026, Bronze at the 2026 Clio Awards, five awards including the 'Best of Discipline' (top prize) in Product Design at the 105th NY ADC Awards, and four awards including Bronze at THE ONE SHOW 2026.
