The creator team 'PHYZ' has incorporated and will embark on a new phase as PHYZ Inc.

PHYZ was established during the COVID-19 pandemic by representative Shota Horie, bringing together lyricists, composers, arrangers, and performers he met online.

Under the slogan 'Turning someone's "I want to try" into everyone's "Let's try it",' the team has maximized creative value through collaborative production. By organizing optimal teams from creators with diverse strengths for each project, they respect individual creativity while maximizing collective output.

In the current music production landscape, opportunities for deep dialogue between clients and creators are often limited to a few established individuals. Many creators often work without fully understanding the underlying intent or background of a production.

Driven by this awareness, PHYZ emphasizes 'soulful creation,' ensuring deep dialogue between clients and creators on every project. By having emerging young talent and experienced professionals work together with a shared understanding of project intent—through co-writing and direction—the team builds a mutually stimulating and supportive environment.

This structure not only produces outputs that could not be achieved by a single individual but also ensures maximum quality. Furthermore, by maintaining delivery timelines and quality benchmarks, PHYZ provides clients with a stable production system capable of handling continuous projects.

As a result, in recent years, PHYZ has taken on music production for the virtual girl band 'Mugendai Myutype' in the BanG Dream! project, handling everything from singles and albums to live concerts and anime scores. They were also responsible for the ending theme, score, and music direction for the anime 'The Shiunji Family Children.' Their opportunities to handle entire projects, credited as 'Directed by PHYZ' or 'Produced by PHYZ,' are increasing.

With this incorporation, PHYZ will use its foundation in music production to pursue in-house IP and content creation, as well as management and production for artists and creators. They will also collaborate with external creators, artists, and companies.

Additionally, PHYZ will challenge existing conventions by reviewing business schemes related to rights, management contracts, and revenue distribution in the music and IP/content sectors, striving to realize a world where creators, artists, staff, clients, and consumers can all appropriately share in the value created.
