[New PICKFORM Feature] Bidirectional Integration with Box and Google Drive for Electronic Contracts. From Document Import to Automatic Post-Signature Storage

PICK Inc. will launch an 'External Storage Integration' feature on May 27, 2026 (Wed), allowing bidirectional integration between its real estate and construction DX platform 'PICKFORM' and Box/Google Drive. This feature enables users to import contract documents directly into PICKFORM without downloading them to a local device. It also allows for the automatic storage of signed contract PDFs into designated folders. This eliminates the double effort of 'downloading and re-uploading' that previously occurred in contract document management, achieving both operational efficiency and improved security. By setting up OAuth connections in advance, users can avoid re-authenticating every time a contract is created, enabling a smooth workflow. PICKFORM, as an electronic contract system that has received a legal compliance response from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, plans to release new features for operational efficiency in the real estate and construction industry sequentially.
