Gyoza from Across Japan Gather in Akita! 'National Gyoza Festival in Akita' to Be Held for Three Days Starting July 10

PROJECT963 Co., Ltd. will host the 'National Gyoza Festival in Akita' for three days from Friday, July 10, to Sunday, July 12, 2026, at the Nakaichi Plaza Nigiwai Square in Akita City, Akita Prefecture.

This event is an outdoor gourmet festival that brings together distinctive gyoza from across Japan, allowing visitors to experience the joy of food firsthand.

Sponsored by ABS Akita Broadcasting and the Japan Gyoza Shop Alliance Association, the event will be held at Nakaichi Plaza Nigiwai Square, located in central Akita City, over three consecutive days.

At the venue, gyoza booths from various regions will gather. Visitors can taste and compare a wide variety of gyoza, from classic pan-fried styles to unique flavors and specialties offered by individual vendors.

Admission is free, while food and drinks are available for purchase at each vendor stall.

This event is easily accessible not only for family outings and gatherings with friends but also for people stopping by after work, shopping, or sightseeing.
