(hereinafter "REA") has provided its AI on-demand transportation system "Noruuu-Sharing" to the mobility service "Kanmobi Move After-School Pick-up Service (Pilot Service)" planned by Kansai Electric Power Co., Inc. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Nozomu Mori; hereinafter "Kansai Electric Power") and implemented/provided by TRAPOL Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Kengo Moriwaki), with trial operations commencing on Friday, March 13, 2026.

Purpose and Background In recent years, with the increase in dual-income households, the burden on parents for picking up and dropping off children for after-school lessons on weekdays, known as the "pick-up barrier," has become a serious social issue. The current situation often leads to "loss of career development opportunities" due to parents having to leave work early for pick-ups, and "loss of learning opportunities" for children due to restrictions on transportation options.
