SEION Co., Ltd. has officially launched membership sales for its private resort, 'HOTEL SEION FUJI.'

The 'SEION Membership,' which offers stays starting from 6 nights per year, is a new type of membership that retains the joy of owning a vacation home while eliminating the burdens of maintenance and excessive mandatory stay requirements. Located about 90 minutes by car from Tokyo, it proposes a resort lifestyle where you can visit on a whim and enjoy your own retreat.

SEION has acquired land in the Kawaguchiko area and is planning to develop new, mutually accessible facilities. Future expansion will focus on locations within easy reach of Tokyo.

[About HOTEL SEION FUJI] Located in Yamanakako-mura, Yamanashi Prefecture, this private resort is limited to one group per day, with each site consisting of a single independent villa. While many membership resorts have multiple units per site, SEION’s brand model defines each villa as a complete, independent site.

[Architecture and Facilities] Designed around the theme of coexisting 'time spent with others' and 'time for oneself,' the facilities include an open-plan living and dining area, bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, an open-air bath, a spring water bath from the foot of Mt. Fuji, a private sauna, and a balcony with a courtyard.

[Overview of SEION Membership] Two plans are available: 6 nights per year or 10 nights per year. By designing based on the number of days members can actually use, the membership keeps sales prices and monthly fees affordable.
