Artist Employee's Work Selected for 'Kanousei Art Project 2026'

SHIFT Inc., a company supporting the development of software services and products, announced that the artwork 'Inochi no Kazu dake Kanousei' (Possibilities as Many as Lives) by Ayaka Kushida (artist name: Katatsumuri), an artist employee in its Business Support Department, has been selected as a Primagraphie work for the 'Kanousei Art Project 2026,' co-hosted by TOPPAN Holdings and the Japan Art Association for Persons with Disabilities. Kushida has been working at SHIFT since 2023, creating art using everyday materials. Out of 719 submissions, her work was one of 51 selected for exhibition. Kushida commented that the piece was created based on the theme of 'respect for all living things,' driven by an internal impulse. SHIFT promotes inclusive hiring regardless of educational background or disability, and through its Business Support Department established in 2019, the company strives to create an environment where all employees can maximize their potential.
