ShipAll Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Shinji Kajiwara) has begun providing a solution package for retail businesses on its overseas shipping automation platform, "ShipAll." This service allows inbound tourists to ship products purchased in-store directly overseas (patent pending). Because the shipping process is completed through the customer's own smartphone operation, it enables stores to handle overseas shipping while minimizing their own burden. In recent years, consumption by inbound tourists has continued to expand, with growing demand for uniquely Japanese products, such as bulk purchases of daily necessities and food, as well as heavy or fragile items. On the other hand, due to constraints such as carrying items during travel or airline luggage restrictions, many cases of abandoned purchases occur because items "cannot be carried home." For stores, the burden of creating shipping labels, invoices, and handling language support for overseas shipping is significant, leading to issues such as stagnant register operations and increased personnel training costs. Against this backdrop, ShipAll has launched this solution to automate the series of tasks associated with overseas shipping, reducing the burden on both stores and customers.
