Toyo Isshindo will celebrate its 14th anniversary on May 28, 2026.
The clinic, which provides constitution improvement and Yojyo guidance based on Eastern medicine, is disseminating the Eastern medicine concept of "alignment" to modern people who suffer from chronic fatigue and malaise but cannot identify the cause.
Director Dr. Yu Bin recently spoke at the well-being event "Wellchill Festa" with a lecture titled "When You Align, Your Health Changes."
On the day, he introduced the essence of Eastern medicine, which is "Yojyo = aligning one's way of life," and received empathetic responses from many attendees.
The Concept of "Aligning" Rather Than "Curing"
In modern times, an increasing number of people suffer from ailments with unknown causes, such as chronic fatigue, insomnia, cold sensitivity, and women-specific health issues.
In contrast, Eastern medicine does not view these ailments merely as symptoms but as an imbalance in the overall system, including lifestyle, constitution, and environment.
During his lecture at Wellchill Festa, Dr. Yu explained the perspective of "alignment" necessary for modern people, based on the message:
"The body changes when you align it. Ailments are not something to be cured; they are signs to restore a broken balance."
He also introduced the importance of "Yojyo" (nourishing life), which guides individuals back to a state of health by aligning diet, sleep, emotions, and lifestyle habits, rather than just treating symptoms.
After the lecture, comments such as:
・"My previous concept of health has changed." ・"I was able to understand my body for the first time." ・"I wish I had known this sooner."
were received, indicating a high level of interest in the new health concept of "alignment."
Born into a Family of Chinese Medicine Practitioners, with Experience Consulting Over 200,000 People
Dr. Yu was born into a family lineage of Chinese traditional medicine practitioners and grew up surrounded by the wisdom of "Yojyo" from childhood.
He studied Eastern and Western medicine in China and Japan and has been engaged in clinical practice for over 20 years.
To date, he has provided health consultations and constitution improvement support to over 200,000 people.
Based on the belief that the cause of the same symptom varies from person to person, he continues to apply an Eastern medicine approach tailored to each individual's constitution and life background.

Commemorative Initiatives for the 14th Anniversary
Toyo Isshindo is also implementing special projects to express gratitude on its 14th anniversary on May 28, 2026. During the period, the clinic is offering constitution consultations and limited treatment plans to make Eastern medicine and Yojyo more accessible.
With the desire to deliver Eastern medicine not as a "place to go when you feel unwell" but as a "place to align your body daily," the clinic continues its community-rooted activities.
Future Outlook
Toyo Isshindo will continue to provide constitution improvement and Yojyo guidance based on Eastern medicine, with the theme of "not temporary improvement, but lifelong health."
Furthermore, through social media, live streaming, and media outreach, the clinic plans to deliver the wisdom of Eastern medicine, "Yojyo," in an easy-to-understand manner tailored to the modern lifestyle.
