STOCK-UP (Headquarters: Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Takahiro Kubo) launched 'TEACH OUT for NEXT-Education,' a free community for students aspiring to become teachers or interested in education, on June 1, 2026.
Based on the concept 'Go outside the school before becoming a teacher,' this hands-on community allows students to think about the future of education and the potential of children while engaging with not only education but also society, the business world, AI, and career paths.
Programs planned for aspiring teachers, students in training, and those undecided between teaching and corporate careers include talks with professionals, educational discussions, AI study groups, and career consultations.
Background In the era of AI and inquiry-based learning, school education is undergoing significant changes, requiring teachers to have the 'power to discuss society.' Amidst educational reforms such as the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's 'N-E.X.T High School Concept,' teachers must be able to bridge learning with society.
However, many aspiring teachers go directly into school settings. We believe that by understanding the society children will eventually enter (business, economy, local community, AI, etc.) during their student years, they can broaden the future they can present to children.
Main Activities - Talks by business and economic leaders - Real-world dialogues with teachers - Educational discussions - AI study groups - Career consultations - Study sessions on latest educational trends
Representative Comment: Takahiro Kubo, Representative Director, STOCK-UP 'Although I earned my teaching license at Tokyo Gakugei University, I joined a human resources company after graduation. Through my involvement in schools, business, and community education, I feel strongly that education does not conclude within the school. My goal is to increase the number of people involved in education who understand society, thereby expanding the choices for children's futures.'
