TRULY, a pioneer in menopause and pre-menopause specialized Femtech, serves as a co-creation partner for the 'Wellness Lounge,' an initiative by NTT East aimed at improving employee life performance. As part of this initiative, TRULY conducted a 'Male Menopause Seminar' for NTT East employees.

In a post-event survey, male employees accounted for 64.6% of participants, with 80.9% expressing satisfaction. This highlights a significant shift in consciousness among the working-age generation, who are seeking organizational support for challenges previously masked by attributing fatigue to age.

The estimated number of potential male menopause (LOH syndrome) patients in Japan is approximately 6 million. However, due to societal misconceptions and psychological barriers to seeking medical advice, many remain untreated. According to calculations by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, economic losses due to male-specific health issues amount to approximately 1.2 trillion yen annually. Sudden performance decline among 40- to 50-year-old management and executive layers directly threatens business continuity.

TRULY planned this seminar to mitigate such management risks and cultivate a psychologically safe workplace. Survey results confirmed a shift from attributing health issues to 'old age' to a 'sense of ownership' in managing their health. Respondents expressed desire for professional consultations and lifestyle reviews, demonstrating concrete behavioral changes.

Moving forward, TRULY intends to leverage its expertise to focus on providing training and frameworks that enable management and leaders to understand member health challenges and support each other.
