It's not quite enough to just have ramen, and fried rice alone doesn't feel right either. The shop 'Yakimeshi to Men Kanda' was born from the desire to create a dedicated place for the satisfaction found in eating Chinese noodles and fried rice together.
UEiQ Co., Ltd. (Kyoto, Japan; CEO: Shotaro Negi) will grand open 'Yakimeshi to Men Kanda' in Uchikanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, on Monday, June 15, 2026.
Because we love fried rice, we didn't want to see it end up as just a side dish. We wanted a shop where people come because they want to eat fried rice, not just as something that sits next to the ramen. That desire is embodied in the shop's name, 'Yakimeshi to Men' (Fried Rice and Noodles).
Will the product and store development we've nurtured in Kansai resonate in the Tokyo business district? We chose Kanda as the place to take on this challenge.
Highlights: - Grand opening of 'Yakimeshi to Men Kanda' in Kanda, Tokyo, on Monday, June 15, 2026. - Our signature menu is the 'Chinese Noodles + Half-sized Fried Rice Set' for enjoying both dishes together. - From June 15 (Mon) to June 21 (Sun), 2026, the set will be offered at an 'opening commemorative price of 1,000 yen'. - Guests during the opening period will receive a 'Service Coupon for a seasoned egg' for their next visit.
Our Chinese noodles feature a seafood-based broth that is easy to eat every day. We use medium-thin straight noodles made with Hokkaido wheat and whole wheat flour for a pleasant texture and aroma. Fried rice, for us, is not just a supporting actor sitting next to the ramen. It has been crafted to be a flavorful, deeply satisfying dish on its own.
