In Japan, with the advancement of aging, falls leading to fractures and the need for long-term care are social issues. It is said that about one in three people over 65 (approximately 12 million people) fall each year, and 5% of them (approximately 600,000 people) suffer fractures. In particular, "poor posture" and "decreased balance" are considered major contributing factors.

The Solar Pole consists of a unique structure connecting the grip and foot belt to the pole.

By attaching the Solar Pole and leaning on it, "ipsilateral movement" (moving the right hand and right foot, and the left hand and left foot simultaneously) is possible. Furthermore, the body is supported by four points: the three points of the ball of the foot, the little toe mound, and the heel, plus the ground contact point of the Solar Pole (Solar Pole Ball), allowing for stable movement of the entire body. This is called "plantar four-point support."

By leaning on the Solar Pole, it is possible to move with one's own body weight without feeling the weight of the arms. The features are as follows:
