Details of events (including the matter under dispute): Our subsidiary, Foxwell Energy Corp., contracted Taipower's "Offshore Wind Power Phase II Project - Procurement and Installation". During the procurement phase, global inflation and interest rate hikes occurred due to unforeseeable circumstances such as the Ukraine-Russia war and COVID-19, leading to a change of circumstances in this project. Therefore, the subsidiary applied to Taipower for an additional budget. Due to a contract performance dispute, the subsidiary applied for mediation to the Public Construction Commission in accordance with Article 85-1 of the Government Procurement Act. 6. Handling procedure: Received the Mediation Agreement from the Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan, today. For all disputes arising prior to December 31, 2025 regarding the project in question, Taipower has agreed to pay NTD 5,556,933,697 (excluding miscellaneous expenses and business tax), with all payments to be made under Taipower's supervision. 7.
