Summary of original announcement: Unimicron leased a portion of land and factory facilities from Tong Tai Electronic Technology located at No. 33, Gong 2nd Rd., Dajia Dist., Taichung City. Lease period: From January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2033. 3. Reason for change and main content: Due to adjustments in the company's operational needs, we have negotiated with Tong Tai to terminate the lease agreement. 4.
